Lens View This is a closer view as if looking directly through the camera lens. The RED box was painted on the image to show where we will look within the camera view for more detail. Remember, the camera lens accepts light from the scene which has much much higher resolution than the camera's image sensor. Caveat Yes, this is anoter crop of the previous image but the intent is to help visualize looking closer at what the camera lens, not the camera image sensor can see. Yes, some slight distortion was added to show the effect of imperfect optics. |
