The 40D image is even worse at 35x35pix !
- Since only 35x35pix are required for a clear pattern, the 40D would
have to have full 10Mpix clarity.
- These photo-crops are (25%) 35x35pix; the first photo is a
RAW [9.9MB] and the second photo is an SFine JPEG [2.4MB].
- The 40D JPEG is worse than the PhotoShop JPEG.
- Ok. So the 40D JPEG is only partly to blame ...
